Silicon-based optoelectronic devices

    Jingming Chan, male, from Anqing, Anhui Province. He graduated from Taiyuan University of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics in 2019; and graduated from Taiyuan University of Technology with a Master of Science degree in physics in 2023. In September 2023, he joined the State Key Laboratory of Regional Optical Fiber Communication Networks and New Optical Communication Systems of Shanghai Jiao Tong University to study for a PhD under the supervision of Professor Ciyuan Qiu.
